kflows is just me. I do the scoping, the building and the training myself, so nothing gets lost in a handover. When you book a call, I pick up.
why this exists
I grew up around small service businesses, then spent years inside UK sales teams, including a good stretch at Pipedrive helping owners set up their CRM. I kept seeing the same thing: the software was never really the problem. The problem was that nobody had built a system around how the business actually sells. So the CRM sat empty, the follow-up depended on someone remembering, and good leads quietly went cold.
That’s what I fix. I set up your CRM around the way you actually work, automate the manual bits that eat your evenings, and make sure your team trusts the system enough to live in it. You work with me directly, start to finish.
