2. Cookies we use

kflowsconsulting.com does not set any non-essential cookies. The site is a static website built with Next.js and served through Netlify. We do not run retargeting pixels, chat widgets, or session-recording tools.

• Strictly necessary cookies: None currently set. If introduced, they are exempt from consent under PECR.
• Performance / analytics: If enabled, we use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that sets no cookies and stores no personal data.
• Functionality cookies: Not used.
• Advertising / targeting cookies: Not used.

If this ever changes, we will update this page and add a cookie consent banner where consent is required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

3. Fonts and third-party resources

All fonts on this site (DM Sans, JetBrains Mono) are self-hosted and served from the same infrastructure as the site itself. No font requests are made to third-party services, and no third-party scripts load on standard pages.

4. Embeds and external links

Certain pages embed or link to third-party tools:

• Calendly: only when you visit /book, where the booking widget loads. Calendly may set its own cookies on its own domain.
• External links to LinkedIn or regulators: these take you off our site; their cookie policies apply.

5. How to manage cookies

Even though we don’t set cookies ourselves, you can always control cookies at the browser level (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all offer cookie controls in their privacy settings). Privacy-focused browsers such as Brave, or Firefox with Enhanced Tracking Protection, block many cookies and trackers automatically.

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any material changes will be shown at the top of the page with an updated “Last updated” date.
