Lead response and follow-up
A lead hits your CRM and the first reply goes out in minutes, not Monday. Follow-up sequences trigger from deal stage, stop the moment someone answers, and log every touch back to the record.
automation, minus the hype
I automate the manual middle of your sales process: follow-ups, quote chasing, data entry, reporting. Wired around your CRM, so your records stay the source of truth. AI agents only where they beat a plain workflow, and I'll tell you when they don't.
is this you
the work
All of it triggers from your CRM, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
A lead hits your CRM and the first reply goes out in minutes, not Monday. Follow-up sequences trigger from deal stage, stop the moment someone answers, and log every touch back to the record.
Quotes get followed up on day 2, day 5, day 9, without anyone remembering to do it. When the client says yes, the e-sign document goes out automatically and the deal moves stage.
Agents that draft replies for a human to approve, summarise sales calls, and log all of it to the CRM. Where a plain workflow does the job cheaper, I build that instead and say so.
Pipeline value, deals won, quotes outstanding, response times: pulled from your systems into a dashboard or Slack every Monday at 8am. Nobody builds the report. Nobody argues about whose numbers are right.
do the maths
Rough numbers beat no numbers. Slide to match your team and see what the manual admin costs a year.
leaking to manual work
£27,600/year
4 people × 5h a week × £30/h across 46 working weeks. Even automating half of it usually pays for the project several times over.
Book a call to get it backhow it runs
The same four steps whether it's one workflow or your whole sales pipeline.
Audit
A week inside your process. I map where the hours go, then we agree one number the work has to move. You get a plan ranked by payback.
Build
I build the workflows and AI agents around your CRM, tested on live data before anything replaces the way your team works today.
Prove
We run it on live leads and quotes, not test data. Errors surface early, I fix them, and your team sees the hours coming back before it's done.
Support
Monitoring, documentation and a handover your team can actually use. The guarantee stands: if the number hasn't moved in 90 days, you don't pay me again until it does.
how we work together
I scope it, build it, test it and hand it over documented. You get a working system, not a to-do list.
Book a scoping callPairing sessions where I build while you and your team learn. You end up self-sufficient, not dependent on me.

Simple, honest pricing. Most work sits between £500 and £1,500 a month, or a fixed project price we agree before anything begins. No lock-in, no surprise invoices, and every project carries my promise: we agree one number, and if it hasn't moved in 90 days you don't pay me again until it does. Book a call and I'll tell you what yours needs.
An automation follows fixed rules: when a quote is sent, wait two days, send this email. An AI agent makes judgement calls: read this enquiry, decide what it's about, draft a reply. Agents cost more to build, more to run, and they're occasionally wrong. Most businesses need automations first and agents in two or three specific spots. If a plain workflow does the job, I'll build that and charge you less.
It depends on the job. Some automations belong inside your CRM's own engine, some in a dedicated workflow platform, and some are AI services wired together. The tool gets chosen per job, not the other way round: the automation is built around your process, never trimmed to fit whichever tool an agency happens to resell.
Almost certainly. I work in Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and HubSpot regularly, and n8n connects to hundreds of others through their APIs. The CRM is usually the centre of the build: automations trigger from it and write back to it, so your deal records stay the single source of truth. If you're on something unusual, tell me on the call and I'll check the API before you commit to anything.
With an audit week. I sit inside your process, watch where the manual work actually happens, and map it: every retyped record, every unchased quote, every report built by hand. You get a written plan ranked by payback, and we agree the one number the work has to move. Then you decide whether I build it. No obligation to continue past the audit.
It will, eventually: an API changes, a field gets renamed, a token expires. So every build ships with error monitoring that alerts me or you when a run fails, documentation of every workflow, and a handover session so your team knows what runs where. Nothing lives only in my head. If you want me watching it, ongoing support covers monitoring, fixes and small changes.
Here's the honest difference: with an agency you get an account manager, a delivery team and a longer chain between your problem and the person building the fix. With me, the person who scoped the work builds it. I'm based in Northern Ireland and work remotely across the UK and Ireland, and it's the same person on every call. Past a certain size you genuinely need a team. Most SMEs don't.
