Funnels and websites
Landing pages and funnels built in GHL's page builder, wired to forms, surveys and tracking. Not a recycled template: pages that match how your customers actually enquire, whether that's a quote request or a booked call.
gohighlevel, set up properly
I'm Keelan Richards, a CRM and automation consultant in Northern Ireland. I build GoHighLevel around the way you actually sell: funnels, calendars, workflows, and the UK Twilio compliance work most setup services skip. You work with me, not an account manager.
who it's for
the build
GoHighLevel (HighLevel) replaces your funnel builder, calendar, email tool and CRM, but only if someone maps your actual sales process into it first.
Landing pages and funnels built in GHL's page builder, wired to forms, surveys and tracking. Not a recycled template: pages that match how your customers actually enquire, whether that's a quote request or a booked call.
Calendar setup that survives contact with reality: round-robins, buffer times, reminder sequences by SMS and email, reschedule links that update the CRM. Fewer no-shows because the follow-up is automatic, not remembered.
Lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, review requests and pipeline moves, built as workflows you can read. I turn on GHL's AI features, conversation AI, booking bots, only where they help, and leave them off where they'd annoy customers.
Snapshots are prebuilt account templates, useful as a starting point, lazy as a finished product. I build or adapt a snapshot around your sales process, then strip out every workflow you'll never use, so the account stays readable.
the uk part
GoHighLevel is built for the American market; these are the parts that break when you run it from the UK.
GHL sends SMS through a Twilio sub-account that has to be configured for the UK: sender registration, opt-out handling, and content rules that differ from the US defaults. Skip it and your messages quietly stop delivering.
I provision UK numbers through Twilio, set up call routing, voicemail drops and missed-call text-back, and check the number type supports what you're doing. A US-configured account with a mis-provisioned number just rings out.
GHL's plans are $97, $297 or $497 a month. Twilio SMS, voice usage and number rental are billed on top, which US sellers rarely mention. I set it up so you can see what each channel actually costs.
how it works
The same shape every time, whether it's a fresh account or a rescue job.
Map
We walk through how a lead becomes a customer: where enquiries come from, who chases quotes, what gets forgotten. GHL gets built around that, not around a snapshot.
Build
Account setup, funnels, calendars, workflows and the Twilio sub-account, configured for the UK. If you're moving from another CRM, your records come across counted and checked.
Prove
We run real leads through it: a test enquiry, a booked call, an SMS reply, before anything goes live. You watch it work, then your team learns it.
Guarantee
We agree one number before I start: booked calls, response time, reviews. If it hasn't moved in 90 days, you don't pay me again until it does.
how we work together
I scope it, build it, test it and hand it over documented. You get a working system, not a to-do list.
Book a scoping callPairing sessions where I build while you and your team learn. You end up self-sufficient, not dependent on me.

Template shops charge roughly $300 to $1,000 one-off to load a snapshot and hand you the keys. A consulting build, where someone maps your sales process, configures UK compliance and trains your team, costs more. On top of any setup fee, GoHighLevel itself runs $97, $297 or $497 a month, plus Twilio usage. Book a call and I'll tell you what yours needs, including the parts you can skip.
Three that catch people out. Twilio usage: every SMS and call minute is billed on top of your GHL plan, not included in it. Number rental: UK numbers carry a monthly fee per number. Sender registration: getting SMS compliant for the UK takes setup work, and unregistered senders see messages filtered or blocked. None of these are huge individually, but nobody selling you a $97 plan mentions them. I map the full monthly figure before you commit.
Different jobs. GoHighLevel is a marketing engine with a CRM bolted on: funnels, SMS, booking, review requests, all in one, priced flat. Pipedrive is a sales pipeline tool that does deal tracking better than GHL ever will. HubSpot sits in between and costs more as you grow. If your problem is getting and chasing leads, GHL fits. If your problem is managing a sales team's pipeline, look at Pipedrive first. I work with all three, so I'll tell you which fits rather than sell the one I like.
Two to four weeks for a proper build. Week one is mapping your sales process and setting up the account, domain and Twilio sub-account. Weeks two and three are funnels, calendars, workflows and testing with real enquiries. The last stretch is training and handover. A template shop can hand you a snapshot in a day; you'll then spend months finding out what it doesn't do.
Yes. If you run an agency reselling GHL under your own brand, I configure SaaS mode: pricing tiers, rebilling with your margin on Twilio and email usage, snapshot deployment for new client accounts, and onboarding flows so a new client is live in hours. The common failure is rebilling left half-configured, so the agency quietly absorbs every client's usage costs. That gets checked before anything else.
Yes. Contacts, pipelines, deal history, notes and tags from Pipedrive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, spreadsheets or most other systems. I count records before and after, so you know nothing fell down the gap, and I map your old fields to GHL's structure rather than dumping everything into a notes field. Your old system stays live until the new one is proven. The detail is on my CRM migration page.
Yes, Northern Ireland. I work remotely with clients across the UK and Ireland. You work with me directly, not an account manager or an outsourced build team. That matters with GHL because the UK-specific parts, Twilio, sender registration, number provisioning, are exactly the parts an offshore template shop gets wrong.
